Felix is a minister of the Presbyterian church and works full time at the Presbyterian Theological College. He is Coordinator of Supervised Learning Experience, and Lecturer in Missiology and Research Methods at the college.

Felix and Mei have served as pastor and missionary since 1990 in Hong Kong and Taiwan. They moved to Australia in 2000 and serve as the guest preachers of different Chinese Churches in Melbourne since 2001.

Felix enjoys coffee and spending time with his wife Mei. They have an adult son Joseph.
